My Journey

What started as a swimming coach position in 1999 evolved into a comprehensive approach to wellness, incorporating everything from kickboxing to yoga, and from high-altitude endurance training to specialized resistance work. Today, I bring this wealth of experience directly to your home, helping you achieve sustainable results without the intimidation of a gym environment.


I’m a half-Chinese Belgian wellness coach with over 22 years of experience in the wellness industry. My journey began as a personal quest for health and happiness, driven by my struggles with stress and self-doubt. This transformation inspired me to empower others on their own paths to well-being.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, which has allowed me to hone   my skills in building strong relationships and understanding individual needs. I discovered my true passion for guiding people toward healthier lives through personalized coaching that resonates with them.

I offer tailored services focused on weight loss, muscle gain, flexibility, and lifestyle transformation. My philosophy is simple: “You get as much as you put in.” I emphasize listening to one’s body and mastering foundational skills to prevent injuries, particularly for clients aged 30 and above who prioritize their health amidst life’s demands.

What sets me apart is my commitment to creating a safe environment for my clients. I celebrate every achievement—big or small—because each step matters. One client noted, “I breathe better, move faster, and my mind is clearer—you should charge me more for this!” Such testimonials inspire me daily.

As a well-traveled individual, I draw inspiration from diverse cultures. My long-term goal is to maintain vitality while engaging in activities like trail running and wakesurfing. Outside of coaching, I express my creativity through painting and enjoy outdoor pursuits.
